How do I know if my home or business needs water testing?
Yearly testing is recommended if you use a private water source such as a well, spring or cistern. However, if you notice changes in taste or odor, have new plumbing, or experience health symptoms possibly linked to water quality it is important to have your water tested as soon as possible.

Bacteria, nitrates, lead, iron, and agricultural runoff chemicals are most frequently detected in local water supplies.
How long does the water testing process take?
Results are ready within 2–3 business days after a sample is collected or received at our lab.

Yes, our tests follow EPA and Ohio Department of Health guidelines and use certified laboratory procedures.
How will I receive my water test results?
Results are sent via email, phone, or printed mail—depending on your preference.

Do you offer onsite sampling or only laboratory drop-off?
Currently we do not offer onsite sampling but we will provide you with a kit and detailed instructions for collecting your sample.
